Growth regulator for winter rye, winter wheat and spring barley.
TERPAL is a plant growth regulator consisting of two active substances, mepiquat chloride and ethephon, both of which act as growth regulators. TERPAL shortens and strengthens the upper internodes and protects the grain from lodging. It also strengthens the root system. TERPAL enters the plant through its green parts and is distributed across it. TERPAL also prevents stem and ear breakage, promotes flowering and ripening. TERPAL is used and gives the desired effect only in well-fertilized crop. The most suitable operating conditions are warm (+12 – 20 o C) and humid weather. A fungicide can be added if diseases spread in the crops when spraying TERPAL.
