A broad-spectrum, systemic mode of action fungicide, used as a protective and curative agent against winter and summer wheat, winter and summer barley, winter and summer triticale, winter and summer rape, bean and pea diseases.
PROSARO has a protective effect – used before the appearance of diseases (prophylactic spraying) and a curative effect – used after the first signs of diseases appear. The active substances prothioconazole and tebuconazole have a systemic effect, penetrate the plants and, moving with the plant juice, are evenly distributed in them. As a fungicide of the triazole chemical class, it works by blocking the biosynthesis of ergosterols in disease-causing cells, i.e. completely destroys the cell walls of pathogens. Due to the active substance prothioconazole, the protection lasts for a long time, and a physiological greening effect is manifested. Prothioconazole increases the duration of spraying against crop fusarium and this creates more opportunities for growers. Another active substance, tebuconazole, complements the action of prothioconazole against diseases, especially fusarium wilt.
