Nitrogen fertilizers with sulfur N-27 – the fertilizers are used on those plants that feel the need for sulfur: winter and summer rapeseeds, sugar and feed beets, winter and summer wheat, potatoes, forage plants, cabbages and other vegetables, fruit trees and fruit bushes. Fertilization is performed prior to sowing or planting and during plant vegetation.
Vytautas Magnus University Agriculture Academy and Lithuanian Institute of Agriculture continues the agronomic testing of nitrogen fertilizers with sulfur. In 2020, ‘Amazone GmbH’, which is the manufacturer of German fertilizer spreaders and other agricultural machinery, together with the Danish Agriculture Institute performed the testing of Lithuania nitrogen fertilizers with sulfur in Horsens. The testing confirmed that when using a suitable fertilizer spreader, the Lithuanian nitrogen fertilizers with sulfur and the fertilizers manufactured on the basis of them can be evenly spread at a distance of 48 meters.
