Contact mode of action herbicide for exterminating annual dicotyledonous and some monocotyledonous weeds in potatoes, carrots, root celery, parsnips, root parsley, onions (planted from turnips), garlic, peas, beans.
FENIX® is a herbicide of contact mode of action with limited systemic distribution in the plant. FENIX® inhibits the production of chlorophyll in weeds. Kills dicotyledonous and some monocotyledonous weeds. The herbicide is used before and after crop germination. FENIX® enters the weeds through cotyledons, coleoptiles (sprouts). The herbicide does not inhibit weed germination, but affects the germinated weeds to a certain level that depends on the internal resources of the seed, the rate of growth of the weed and the amount of active ingredient absorbed. FENIX® does not enter the plants through the roots, so it is not completely dependent on soil moisture and temperature at the time of application. The product is effective for 2-3 months.
